Ngala is a WhatsApp-based business notebook that helps you log sales, expenses, receipts, and inventory via chat. By using Ngala, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
Use Ngala only for lawful business record-keeping. Do not use it for fraud, illegal activity, or to harm others. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse.
No Warranties
Ngala is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for your own bookkeeping and tax obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ngala and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ngala after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email where possible.
